Birthing From Within classes are *fun*, *balanced*, *supportive* and prepare families to embrace the magic and unknown of birth.

Our classes are two hours long and consist of seven prenatal including a special class for s and partners, one class with a special focus on breastfeeding, and a postpartum reunion.

We believe that this provides couples with a chance to dialogue privately and explore what might work best for the mother during labor and birth. Classes also include time to share in discussion and make meaningful connections with the other families.

Seeds of Birth has created a *special forum for parents and parents to be*, to discuss issues around pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, postpartum, infant care, and parenting. Students will gain access to the forum as soon as they register.
